I have seen and been a part of how ministry, music,

video & creative gifts can impact a person's life touching the heart, mind and spirit.  I am excited to step into this

new season and look forward to partnering with

others of like heart and purpose.

From Musician to Minister to AV Pro I have experience being a part of teams or can work independently.  I have done this in a variety of spaces and places including local church ministry, corporate, theater, special events, retreats, creative projects, AV production all to the highest standards.

I demonstrate leadership & communication skills, a supportive attitude and I aim to develop good relationships built on communication and trust.  I am competent & comfortable in a variety of roles as a great team player. I walk with integrity, I am a quick learner, detail  oriented, creative, work well under pressure, open to learning new skills and  do my best to always follow through.

BIOGRAPHY

EDDIE ZEPEDA

I was born October 1971 and raised in San Jose & Santa Clara, CA.
The youngest of 3 and raised by a single mom I was a typical boy who enjoyed playing outside,
going to church and music. At the age of 10 I made a decision to give my life to Jesus
Christ and grow in my faith. At the age of 12 I was taught 3 basic chords on guitar and I
began learning to play music by ear and with the help of the Holy Spirit. I began
serving in my local church when I was 13 & throughout the next 5 years I learned other
instruments such as keyboards, bass, drums, percussion, voice and sound. Throughout
my teens I stayed involved in music and after High School went on to study music
theory for about 2 years at De Anza & West Valley Colleges. While in college I
continued to grow in understanding and remained involved with music ministry locally
and internationally with my Church ministry at various events. In the early 1990’s, I
began to write and produce projects with Inner-City Soundz, a local indie-label. It gave
me the opportunity to produce R&B, Dance, Oldies, Worship, Jazz & various projects.
These projects networked and featured musicians and singers both local and abroad. I
continued to pursue my Education and In 2000 I received my A.A. in Biblical Studies. I
was ordained a licensed minister with Victory Outreach International in 2005. From Oct
1996 to Aug 2007 I served as Music Director for Victory Outreach San Jose & from Jan 2008 to
Nov 2017 I volunteered in creative ministry until officially resigning from VOI & VOSJ in
Nov 2017.  I have been doing AV Production & Stagehand work through IATSE Local 134 & as freelancer since 2007 to present.   In Dec 2017 we began attending Cathedral of Faith San Jose and in 2019 I became a Volunteer Creative Pastor serving at the Cathedral of Faith Morgan Hill Campus and Cathedral of Faith San Jose.
Today in 2024, at age 52 I am continuing to pursue new creative work
opportunities, ministry & partnerships, staying fit and celebrating the gift of life.  My wife
Rachel, an LMFT have been

married 30 years and have 2 young adults now Zac & Zoe.
